The Upper East Regional Chapter of the Forestry Commission Ladies Association (FCLA) has recently embarked on a memorable “Day Out With Family” aimed at fostering socialization, promoting work-life balance, and strengthening bonds among staff.

With support from regional management, the group visited the historic Larabanga Mosque and the scenic Mole National Park in the Savannah Region. The day’s activities provided a refreshing escape from routine work life, allowing staff to unwind, connect, and recharge in a relaxed atmosphere.

This team-bonding experience not only offered a chance to explore and appreciate Ghana’s natural and cultural heritage but also contributed to renewed energy, enhanced productivity, and improved workplace efficiency.

Participants expressed deep appreciation to management for the opportunity to create lasting memories and build stronger relationships. Many shared their excitement and hope for similar events in the near future.
